Admission Procedure
Admissions to the courses offered at Dr. Samuel George Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences are conducted as per the norms prescribed by regulatory authorities and are categorized as follows:
B. Pharmacy & M. Pharmacy Programs
- Convener Quota (70%):
Admissions are made through the Common Entrance Test conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) (e.g., EAMCET for B. Pharmacy and PGECET for M. Pharmacy). - Management Quota (30%):
The remaining 30% of the seats are filled by the institution under the Management Quota, as per the guidelines issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Ph.D. Program
- Admissions to the Doctoral (Ph.D.) Program are made through the Andhra Pradesh Research Common Entrance Test (APRCET).
- Admission is subject to the availability of approved Ph.D. supervisors/guides at the institute at the time of admission.
